Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DomainIgniter mobile application ("App") operated by DomainIgniter ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use DomainIgniter. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The free tier allows up to 10 domains, expiry reminders, and core portfolio features at no charge.
Pro is a paid subscription offering unlimited domains, registrar sync, unlimited outreach, and advanced analytics. Billing is managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by region.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies respectively — we do not issue refunds directly.
You agree to use DomainIgniter only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.
DomainIgniter facilitates outreach by opening WhatsApp with pre-filled messages on your device. You are solely responsible for:
We are not responsible for how you use the outreach feature or the content of messages you send.
When you connect a registrar account, you authorize DomainIgniter to access your domain list using the credentials you provide. We request only the minimum permissions required. You may revoke access at any time from the App settings or directly from your registrar's API settings. We are not responsible for errors or data discrepancies originating from the registrar's API.
All content, design, code, and trademarks within the App are the property of DomainIgniter or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our name, logo, or other proprietary content except as expressly permitted.
You retain ownership of all domain data and notes you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Domain valuation estimates are informational only and do not constitute financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DomainIgniter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of domains due to missed renewals, or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DomainIgniter, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 7–10 survive termination.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DomainIgniter is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
